Be sure to double check the mailing address. Make sure it is correct and not missing any pertinent information for delivery including apt or unit #. We love offering free shipping, however, if a delivery error is made due to incorrect/insufficient address, additional shipping fees may apply.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We usually ship orders the next day (excluding weekends), delivery may take anywhere between 3-5 business days (depending on location). Delivery details will be provided in the confirmation email.

HOW TO KEEP MY CANDLE AT IT'S BEST PERFORMANCE?
The first time you light your candle, let it burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted. After burning, trim the candle wick to ensure that any ashes and burnt pieces are thoroughly removed.
